The staff was accommodating and friendly. The hotel facilities were clean and modern. The location was in a very good area, with easy access to transportation, including the Trinidade metro station and San Bento Train Station, both within a 15-minute walk. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the staff was attentive.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't have been better as it was right in front of the central metro station. This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city and also catch our flight back home. The hotel's services were top-notch, with room service, car hire, and housekeeping taking care of all our needs. The room amenities were also outstanding, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar providing enhanced comfort. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at a hotel in a great location. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. The beds were comfortable, it was hard to get out of them in the morning! The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, and I appreciated the inclusion of essentials. I also loved having a water heater in the room with tea provided.

It is also right in front of Trindade station, which provides direct access to the airport. Not far from the city center, guests can easily explore the city's attractions. The rooms are comfortable and practical, with good quality beds and beautiful towels in the bathrooms. The staff is accommodating and quick to resolve any issues that may arise. The breakfast spread offers a wide variety of options, including cereals, fresh fruit, hot food, and a selection of delicious cakes and bread.
The pillows and beds are a bit on the hard side, which may not be to everyone's preference.

Great location in the city center, near Trindade station with direct metro line to the Airport. All attractions within walking distance. Friendly staff, welcome drink of Porto wine. Clean hotel, excellent breakfast. Helpful bar staff and a computer with printer for online flight check-in. Useful amenities like bottles of water and a tea kettle in the room. Convenient storage space and a big mirror in the corridor.
Felt almost like at home, no complaints.
